Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to our FAQ page for Greenleaf T&C. Here, we aim to address any questions or concerns you may have about our services. Please also check out our blog for other commonly discussed topics.

Please reach out if you have queries...

Is there a registration fee to get started with your tutoring services?

There is no registration fee. However, every student who wants to begin their journal with us will have a initial lesson (which acts like an assessment). This will be the normal price of their lesson, however it will also include a discussion on the next steps, and a comprehensive report.

How do I make payments for your  services?

Payments can be made using electronic payment methods usually a bank transfer. Detailed invoices will also be provided for your reference. This will all be discussed upon initial meeting.

When is payment due, and what happens if it's not made on time?

Payment is typically due at the beginning or after each tutoring lesson. Failure to make payments on time may result in the suspension or cancellation of future tutoring sessions. We encourage open communication to address any financial concerns and find a suitable solution.

Do you offer package deals for multiple tutoring sessions?

We do not offer packages for bulk sessions.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

Please make sure to inform us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. We will do our best to find a new time slot for you within the same week if you need to cancel with less than 48 hours' notice. However, if you repeatedly cancel without rescheduling within 48 hours, we may charge a cancellation fee or temporarily suspend your lessons. This policy is in place because our tutors invest significant time in preparing for each lesson.

Will I have a regular time slot for tutoring sessions?

Yes, we allocate a regular time slot to ensure effective lesson planning based on your individual needs. However, we also offer more flexibility if this also meets our clients needs.

What additional services can I expect from your tutoring company?

After each session, you will receive a comprehensive lesson summary, performance feedback, and detailed homework feedback. These resources aim to enhance your learning experience and support your academic growth.

Do tutors and mentors have DBS checks?

Absolutely! At Greenleaf T&C, we prioritize safety and quality control. To ensure the safety of our students, every person working with us has undergone a  DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. We strictly adhere to this policy and do not allow anyone who has not completed a DBS check to be alone with a student. Moreover, we maintain an "open" lesson structure, which means that any team member may drop in on a lesson or mentoring session. This serves two important purposes.

  1. It allows for ongoing quality control, as team members can monitor the sessions and ensure that our high standards are maintained.

  2. It provides an additional layer of support and safety for both students and educators.
